data-end=\"733\">factura digital<\/strong> (tambi\u00e9n llamada factura electr\u00f3nica) es un documento fiscal generado en formato digital, que cumple con los mismos requisitos legales que una factura en papel.<\/p><p data-start=\"898\" data-end=\"919\">Se caracteriza por:<\/p><ul data-start=\"920\" data-end=\"1205\"><li data-start=\"920\" data-end=\"978\"><p data-start=\"922\" data-end=\"978\">Tener un <strong data-start=\"931\" data-end=\"955\">formato estructurado<\/strong> (ej: XML, Facturae).<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"979\" data-end=\"1043\"><p data-start=\"981\" data-end=\"1043\">Estar <strong data-start=\"987\" data-end=\"1011\">firmada digitalmente<\/strong> para garantizar autenticidad.<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"1044\" data-end=\"1120\"><p data-start=\"1046\" data-end=\"1120\">Ser <strong data-start=\"1050\" data-end=\"1096\">enviada y recibida por medios electr\u00f3nicos<\/strong> (email, plataformas).<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"1121\" data-end=\"1205\"><p data-start=\"1123\" data-end=\"1205\">Estar <strong data-start=\"1129\" data-end=\"1165\">respaldada en servidores seguros<\/strong> durante el tiempo exigido por la ley.<\/p><\/li><\/ul><h2 data-start=\"1212\" data-end=\"1247\">\ud83d\udcc5 Espa\u00f1a: la Ley Crea y Crece<\/h2><p data-start=\"1248\" data-end=\"1299\">En Espa\u00f1a, la <strong data-start=\"1262\" data-end=\"1282\">Ley Crea y Crece<\/strong> establece que:<\/p><ul data-start=\"1300\" data-end=\"1659\"><li data-start=\"1300\" data-end=\"1461\"><p data-start=\"1302\" data-end=\"1461\">Las empresas con facturaci\u00f3n anual superior a <strong data-start=\"1348\" data-end=\"1371\">8 millones de euros<\/strong> deber\u00e1n emitir facturas digitales <strong data-start=\"1406\" data-end=\"1458\">12 meses despu\u00e9s de la aprobaci\u00f3n del reglamento<\/strong>.<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"1462\" data-end=\"1567\"><p data-start=\"1464\" data-end=\"1567\">El resto de empresas y aut\u00f3nomos tendr\u00e1n un plazo de <strong data-start=\"1517\" data-end=\"1529\">24 meses<\/strong> desde la aprobaci\u00f3n del reglamento.<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"1568\" data-end=\"1659\"><p data-start=\"1570\" data-end=\"1659\">Se espera que esta obligaci\u00f3n entre en vigor de forma escalonada entre <strong data-start=\"1641\" data-end=\"1656\">2025 y 2026<\/strong>.<\/p><\/li><\/ul><h2 data-start=\"1666\" data-end=\"1705\">\ud83c\udf0e Latinoam\u00e9rica: situaci\u00f3n actual<\/h2><ul data-start=\"1706\" data-end=\"2143\"><li data-start=\"1706\" data-end=\"1803\"><p data-start=\"1708\" data-end=\"1803\"><strong data-start=\"1708\" data-end=\"1721\">Argentina<\/strong>: la AFIP exige la factura electr\u00f3nica para pr\u00e1cticamente todas las actividades.<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"1804\" data-end=\"1901\"><p data-start=\"1806\" data-end=\"1901\"><strong data-start=\"1806\" data-end=\"1816\">M\u00e9xico<\/strong>: el CFDI (Comprobante Fiscal Digital por Internet) es obligatorio desde hace a\u00f1os.<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"1902\" data-end=\"1980\"><p data-start=\"1904\" data-end=\"1980\"><strong data-start=\"1904\" data-end=\"1913\">Chile<\/strong>: todas las empresas deben emitir factura electr\u00f3nica desde 2018.<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"1981\" data-end=\"2060\"><p data-start=\"1983\" data-end=\"2060\"><strong data-start=\"1983\" data-end=\"1995\">Colombia<\/strong>: la DIAN exige facturaci\u00f3n electr\u00f3nica de manera generalizada.<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"2061\" data-end=\"2143\"><p data-start=\"2063\" data-end=\"2143\"><strong data-start=\"2063\" data-end=\"2071\">Per\u00fa<\/strong>: SUNAT obliga a
